Policies

Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Lates

Everybody's time matters. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please let us know 24hrs in advance. Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will result in a 50% charge of the original service you were booked for. 

If you are running late please let us know so we can try to accommodate to the best of our abilities. If you are more than 15mins late, unfortunately your appointment will have to be rescheduled. If this happens more than once you will then be charged 50% of the original service you were booked for.

No Shows

Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment with no notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service you were booked in for. If this happens more than once you will no longer be able to book in at Pink Beauty Salon Inc.

Payments/Refunds

We accept cash, e-transfer, and debit/credit. NO AMEX. There are no refunds for services and used products. If there are any issues with your service please contact us within 5 days after your appointment and we are happy to fix any issues free of charge. Anything after the 5 day period will be considered a regular full charge appointment.
